Despite the fact that I overslept today, it was packed with all sorts of fun. Some friends from my high school days along with their mom and I trekked over to Bob’s Red Mill this afternoon. After we made some purchases, we went across the street to another bakery, Dave’s Killer Bread. I had more fresh bread samples today than I have had in a very long time.

16/365 shedding some light.
I took several photos at the first place and the above was probably the most interesting. But it is late and after I got back to my parent’s house I spent the rest of the eveing alternating between house cleaning and knitting. Moving heavy furnature to clean underneath is a tad tiring. Tomorrow will be more of the same before I head back home.
I finished two washclothes on the way down yesterday and had thought that I had some kitchen cotton stashed down here that I could use to work on some more. No such luck. So I am working on the hat to go with the mitts that I made for Fiona last week instead. It will be nice to have that particular project out of the way!
This is a beautiful photo…blessings to you, e.
