Progress has been made on several fronts today. A dear friend of mine from long ago college days came over to help with Operation Declutter. I picked her up from the ferry this morning, we stopped for coffee, some lunch supplies and various container type things, then dove into the fray. By the end of the day , not only had we sent quite a bit off to donation land, but we had washed two sets of curtains, washed the corresponding windows and mapped out a game plan for some of the rest of it.
I was quite happy to get some knitting time at the end of the day. Watching my girls sit down and play some games together made me happy too.

I did find myself very envious of this guy who seemed to be able to sleep through all the commotion.
I am loving your photos…and so jealous that you have someone to help you de-junk…de-stash without the embarrassment of being a slob..which is me.
