I really wanted this pattern to work. It has been fun to knit (at least it was once I got over my initial inability to read the directions) and despite the row upon row of stockinette stitch, it kept my attention.
Sadly it is not a match made in heaven. It might have worked with a different yarn choice or slightly larger needles. But it isn’t going to work with the yarn I started with. So it is off to the frog pond. I’m going back to the sweater project.
Oh, no! That’s not good news! I’m sure the sweater will appreciate your attention, though.
Sorry the project did not work out. Sometimes frogging is the best thing for you and and the yarn and it takes a strong woman to admit it.;)
