Well, that was fun

I finished a pair of socks last night, the first time I have done two socks at the same time.

While I love the fact that there is no guessing on the second sock, I am still not convinced that it is the way to go when knitting a pair of socks. The advantage was that there was no second sock syndrome, I didn’t have to redo the toe on the second sock several times and both socks are exactly the same number of rows.

The disadvantage is that the project isn’t nearly as portable, I was constantly having to untangle my yarn and it seemed to take two times longer than I thought it would.

Nice socks. I’m with you, not convinced. The socks just seem to go more slowly, too.

Pretty socks, it is good they are finished together and the same amount of rows, but I am not convinced that is the way to go as far as being easier is and I would be like you spending too much time on untangling the yarn. I have just learnt to do one sock on one circular which is pretty good.
